Order terms bookTrysilonline AS
The booking conditions apply to bookTrysilonline AS NO-2420 Trysil, registration number 997616774, telephone (+47) 33 33 83 83 as the responsible landlord. The terms and conditions apply between bookTrysilonline AS, hereinafter referred to as the landlord, and the person responsible for renting a housing unit at bookTrysilonline and their travel companions, hereinafter referred to as the tenant.
The agreement applies to the rental of a housing unit and additional products at bookTrysilonline:
Lessor's responsibility
The landlord has the following responsibilities towards the guest:
Ensure that the tenant receives a written confirmation of their order, as well as the necessary information.
That the housing unit corresponds to the description given before booking.
That the tenant receives the services ordered.
The landlord reserves the right to any printing or proofreading errors in brochures, price lists and on its own website.
Lessee's responsibility
The order
It is the hirer's responsibility to check the booking and ensure that the arrival and departure dates are correct.
Age limits
The tenant must be 20 years old, and responsible for the housing unit during the stay. During the New Year, Easter and Trysilsmellen periods, everyone in the traveling party must be over 20 years of age and the person in charge must be over 23 years of age when booking. Here, too, the person responsible for the cabin must be present during the stay. All guests must provide identification and register at reception upon check-in.
It is a requirement that the age limit is met. If the age limit is not met when the housing unit is to be taken over, the guest who does not meet the requirement will be rejected and will not be allowed to check in. The amount paid for the stay is then not refunded. For organized groups and families, exceptions to the above rules can be made by agreement with the landlord.
In connection with New Year and Easter, the housing complex Trysil Alpin has an age limit of 30 years, and deposit requirements. For families with children, exceptions are made to the above rules.
At the lessor's discretion, a separate agreement may also be required when there is reason to do so. In these cases, a deposit of NOK will be required. NOK 2,000 per person.
Arrival/stay
The tenant is obliged to follow house rules, instructions and provisions that apply to travel, housing and other things.
The housing unit must only be occupied by the contracted number of people. If this has changed from the time of booking, this must be stated as early as possible and at the latest when checking in at reception.
The tenant may be required to provide identification both at check-in and during the stay if the situation warrants it.
Own music systems/sound systems are prohibited in all housing units.
Noise in the housing unit that is a nuisance will be prosecuted. There must be peace in and around the housing unit between 23.00 and 07.00. If the prosecution is not upheld, eviction will be carried out immediately. The rental amount is then not refunded.
The lessor claims the right to check units in case of suspected damage without informing the lessee in advance.
Smoking is prohibited in all housing units. Violation entails a cleaning fee from NOK 5,000
Noise at the leisure unit - This entails a written warning, as well as a fee of NOK 2,000 from the security company. Failure to comply will also result in eviction.
Departure
On departure, the housing unit must be cleared and cleaned in accordance with the points for general cleaning. See advertisement in housing unit. Ordered/compulsory cleaning does not include these points. Rough cleaning not carried out will be invoiced according to hourly consumption.
In the event of damaged/missing inventory/equipment, compensation will be required upon departure or invoiced after.
All keys to the housing unit must be handed in on departure. If this does not happen, a fee of NOK 5,000 will be charged for changing the locks.
Ordering and payment
The order and the terms of the contract are confirmed when 35% of the rental amount is paid no later than 12 days after the order. The remaining amount is paid no later than 60 days before arrival. For stays booked later than 60 days before arrival, the entire rental amount must be paid on the same day. Cancellation must be notified by email. The order can be canceled if the landlord does not receive the final payment by the due date of the reminder. Cancellation must either be done on "my page" or by email, booking@booktrysilonline.com
Fees upon payment
When paying from abroad, the tenant must pay the costs in the home country and in Norway. The landlord must receive the agreed price stated in the confirmation in NOK.
Cancellation and change insurance
Insurance can be ordered together with the stay, and must be paid together with the first payment to be valid. This insurance applies to both cancellations and/or changes to the order.
Conditions for paid cancellation and change insurance
If the tenant cancels the stay earlier than 60 days before arrival, the advance payment will be refunded minus a processing fee of NOK 250 per unit. In case of cancellation later than 60 days before arrival, the lessor retains the advance payment in full, unless the conditions for the insurance are met. The insurance applies if the tenant, spouse/child/siblings/parents or cohabitant is affected by illness, a serious accident etc.
laughing deaths. A medical certificate must be sent to the landlord immediately. Provided that the above conditions are met, the entire amount paid will be refunded, less the processing fee. The insurance is not reimbursed.
The tenant can change their booking, including period and type of accommodation, if the change is made earlier than 30 days before arrival. If the tenant orders a more expensive housing unit, the tenant pays the difference between the new and original price. Changes to orders require free capacity. Terms without cancellation and change insurance:
Without the insurance, the landlord keeps the entire down payment. If the tenant wishes to change their booking without insurance, here during change of week or change to a smaller accommodation unit, this can be done for a fee of NOK 250. When changing to a larger accommodation unit, NOK 250 is added to the deposit. This must be done within 60 days before arrival.
Snow guarantee
Trysilfjellet's snow guarantee applies from 16 December 2020 until the end of the season in spring 2021.
We guarantee a minimum of 20 km of groomed slopes and 620 meters of altitude.
Prices
The agreed prices are binding for both landlord and tenant. However, the landlord reserves the right to increase prices as a result of increased costs due to increased taxes and fees or other circumstances beyond the landlord's control.
Reservation
The landlord is not responsible for unsatisfactory snow conditions, closed facilities or other conditions beyond our control. (With the exception of what is mentioned in the point "snow guarantee" above).
Complaint
Any complaints during the stay must be submitted to the landlord on the spot, within a reasonable time, and at the latest at 10.00 the day after arrival, so that the deficiency/error can be corrected immediately and with the least possible inconvenience for the guest. Failure to make a complaint will normally result in the loss of the right to subsequent compensation claims.
Deposit
Upon check-in, the landlord reserves the right to take a deposit. The deposit must protect against vandalism and the like.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in is from 17.00 and check-out is by 11.00 on all our devices. Delayed check-out will incur a fee of NOK 500 per hour started. In some of our units, early check-in and late check-out are sold as an additional service. Early check-in and late check-out is at 2 p.m. The key is collected and delivered at the landlord's reception.
Disputes
The tenant is asked to contact the landlord if there is anything to postpone the booked stay. If the tenant and landlord are unable to reach an agreement, any dispute shall be dealt with according to Norwegian law. If the dispute is not resolved amicably, the company's property policy shall apply.
Force majeure
Events beyond the control of the contracting parties, such as strikes, fire, natural disasters, which make it impossible to fulfill the obligations in this agreement, give the right to terminate the agreement without liability for damages.
Privacy
When confirming the booking, the guest agrees that personal data may be processed by the landlord. This is necessary for the landlord to be able to contact the tenant in connection with the stay as well as other guest administration. The information can also be used to inform about travel-related offers and guest surveys.
Other
The accommodation price does not include: firewood, toilet paper, high chair or cot, unless otherwise stated.
When resending forgotten items, a fee of NOK 500 + postage/packaging is added. Uncollected lost property will be thrown away 3 months after departure.
The fee for bringing pets is NOK 550.
