Over time, the company has grown significantly and today offers ski hire, guided snowmobile tours in addition to accommodation and the rental of a large number of cabins and apartments centrally located in Trysilfjellet. The booking conditions apply to bookTrysilonline AS NO-2420 Trysil, registration number 997616774, telephone (+47) 33 33 83 83 as the responsible landlord. The terms and conditions apply between bookTrysilonline AS, hereinafter referred to as the landlord, and the person responsible for renting a housing unit at bookTrysilonline and their travel companions, hereinafter referred to as the tenant.
The agreement applies to the rental of a housing unit and additional products at bookTrysilonline:
Lessor's responsibility
The landlord has the following responsibilities towards the guest:
Ensure that the tenant receives a written confirmation of their order, as well as the necessary information. That the housing unit corresponds to the description given before booking. That the tenant receives the services ordered. The landlord reserves the right to any printing or proofreading errors in brochures, price lists and on its own website. Lessee's responsibility The order
It is the hirer's responsibility to check the booking and ensure that the arrival and departure dates are correct.
Age limits
The tenant must be 20 years old, and responsible for the housing unit during the stay. During the New Year, Easter and Trysilsmellen periods, everyone in the traveling party must be over 20 years of age and the person in charge must be over 23 years of age when booking. Here, too, the person responsible for the cabin must be present during the stay. All guests must provide identification and register at reception upon check-in.
It is a requirement that the age limit is met. If the age limit is not met when the housing unit is to be taken over, the guest who does not meet the requirement will be rejected and will not be allowed to check in. The amount paid for the stay is then not refunded. For organized groups and families, exceptions to the above rules can be made by agreement with the landlord.
In connection with New Year and Easter, the housing complex Trysil Alpin has an age limit of 30 years, and deposit requirements. For families with children, exceptions are made to the above rules.
At the lessor's discretion, a separate agreement may also be required when there is reason to do so. In these cases, a deposit of NOK will be required. NOK 2,000 per person.
Arrival/stay
The tenant is obliged to follow house rules, instructions and provisions that apply to travel, housing and other things. The housing unit must only be occupied by the contracted number of people. If this has changed from the time of booking, this must be stated as early as possible and at the latest when checking in at reception. The tenant may be required to provide identification both at check-in and during the stay if the situation warrants it. Own music systems/sound systems are prohibited in all housing units. Noise in the housing unit that is a nuisance will be prosecuted. There must be peace in and around the housing unit between 23.00 and 07.00. If the prosecution is not upheld, eviction will be carried out immediately. The rental amount is then not refunded. The lessor claims the right to check units in case of suspected damage without informing the lessee in advance. Smoking is prohibited in all housing units. Violation entails a cleaning fee from NOK 5,000
Noise at the leisure unit - This entails a written warning, as well as a fee of NOK 2,000 from the security company. Failure to comply will also result in eviction.
Departure
On departure, the housing unit must be cleared and cleaned in accordance with the points for general cleaning. See advertisement in housing unit. Ordered/compulsory cleaning does not include these points. Rough cleaning not carried out will be invoiced according to hourly consumption. In the event of damaged/missing inventory/equipment, compensation will be required upon departure or invoiced after. All keys to the housing unit must be handed in on departure. If this does not happen, a fee of NOK 5,000 will be charged for changing the locks. Ordering and payment
The order and the terms of the contract are confirmed when 35% of the rental amount is paid no later than 12 days after the order. The remaining amount is paid no later than 60 days before arrival. For stays booked later than 60 days before arrival, the entire rental amount must be paid on the same day. Cancellation must be notified by email. The order can be canceled if the landlord does not receive the final payment by the due date of the reminder. Cancellation must either be done on "my page" or by email, booking@booktrysilonline.com
Fees upon payment
When paying from abroad, the tenant must pay the costs in the home country and in Norway. The landlord must receive the agreed price stated in the confirmation in NOK.
Cancellation and change insurance
Insurance can be ordered together with the stay, and must be paid together with the first payment to be valid. This insurance applies to both cancellations and/or changes to the order.
Conditions for paid cancellation and change insurance
If the tenant cancels the stay earlier than 60 days before arrival, the advance payment will be refunded minus a processing fee of NOK 250 per unit. In case of cancellation later than 60 days before arrival, the lessor retains the advance payment in full, unless the conditions for the insurance are met. The insurance applies if the tenant, spouse/child/siblings/parents or cohabitant is affected by illness, a serious accident etc.

The tenant can change their booking, including period and type of accommodation, if the change is made earlier than 30 days before arrival. If the tenant orders a more expensive housing unit, the tenant pays the difference between the new and original price. Changes to orders require free capacity. Terms without cancellation and change insurance:
Without the insurance, the landlord keeps the entire down payment. If the tenant wishes to change their booking without insurance, here during change of week or change to a smaller accommodation unit, this can be done for a fee of NOK 250. When changing to a larger accommodation unit, NOK 250 is added to the deposit. This must be done within 60 days before arrival.
Snow guarantee
Trysilfjellet's snow guarantee applies from 16 December 2020 until the end of the season in spring 2021.
We guarantee a minimum of 20 km of groomed slopes and 620 meters of altitude.
Prices
The agreed prices are binding for both landlord and tenant. However, the landlord reserves the right to increase prices as a result of increased costs due to increased taxes and fees or other circumstances beyond the landlord's control.
Reservation
The landlord is not responsible for unsatisfactory snow conditions, closed facilities or other conditions beyond our control. (With the exception of what is mentioned in the point "snow guarantee" above).
Complaint
Any complaints during the stay must be submitted to the landlord on the spot, within a reasonable time, and at the latest at 10.00 the day after arrival, so that the deficiency/error can be corrected immediately and with the least possible inconvenience for the guest. Failure to make a complaint will normally result in the loss of the right to subsequent compensation claims.
Deposit
Upon check-in, the landlord reserves the right to take a deposit. The deposit must protect against vandalism and the like.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in is from 17.00 and check-out is by 11.00 on all our devices. Delayed check-out will incur a fee of NOK 500 per hour started. In some of our units, early check-in and late check-out are sold as an additional service. Early check-in and late check-out is at 2 p.m. The key is collected and delivered at the landlord's reception.
Disputes
The tenant is asked to contact the landlord if there is anything to postpone the booked stay. If the tenant and landlord are unable to reach an agreement, any dispute shall be dealt with according to Norwegian law. If the dispute is not resolved amicably, the company's property policy shall apply.
Force majeure
Events beyond the control of the contracting parties, such as strikes, fire, natural disasters, which make it impossible to fulfill the obligations in this agreement, give the right to terminate the agreement without liability for damages.
Privacy
When confirming the booking, the guest agrees that personal data may be processed by the landlord. This is necessary for the landlord to be able to contact the tenant in connection with the stay as well as other guest administration. The information can also be used to inform about travel-related offers and guest surveys.
Other
The accommodation price does not include: firewood, toilet paper, high chair or cot, unless otherwise stated. When resending forgotten items, a fee of NOK 500 + postage/packaging is added. Uncollected lost property will be thrown away 3 months after departure. The fee for bringing pets is NOK 550. We at bookTrysilonline look forward to welcoming you as guests. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Your Company AS, Street 435, City, org no 823 823 823 VAT, operates a rental service where businesses and consumers can rent equipment for joint use by ordering the equipment online and picking up and delivering at a convenience store or kiosk or by home delivery. The service also contains offers for membership where those who need equipment a little more often get benefits. 1 General These terms and conditions apply to the rental and sale of goods and services from www.yourcompany.no to businesses and consumers. The terms and conditions, together with your order, will constitute an overall agreement for the purchase. 2 Definition of parties The lessor or seller is: Your Company AS and is hereinafter referred to as we, us, lessor or Your Company.
Tenant is: the person stated as the tenant or buyer in the order, and is referred to below as the tenant, the customer, you, you, your or your.
Rental objects means tools, equipment, machines and everything else that is rented out on yourcompany.no
Delivery method/service points means delivery or handing in at a shop, kiosk or home delivery 3 Payment, deposit and prices Payment is made via Visa or Mastercard online via our payment method DIBS, which meets the strictest security requirements. The tenant pays when ordering and then the rental agreement is recognized as having been entered into.
Your Company follows normal rental practices and also reserves a deposit amount as stated on the order receipt when ordering. Reservation ensures if the customer returns the tool late, damages the tool or does not deliver at all. The size of the deposit varies with the selected equipment that is rented and appears in your order confirmation. Your Company has the right to use the deposit to cover rent and other costs mentioned above and/or any recourse claims, cf. point 5 below.
All prices include VAT. The total cost of the purchase will appear before ordering and will include all expenses associated with rental or purchase. If there have been errors of a significant size on Your Company's part of the website, Your Company can unilaterally change, delete or reject orders even after the customer has received order confirmation or the like. However, such errors must be corrected and the customer informed within a reasonable time after the error has been discovered. 4 Condition of the rental property Your Company undertakes to deliver high-quality rental properties in a ready-to-operate condition. Your Company has its own routines that check and maintain the rental properties before and after rental.
During the rental period, you are responsible for all damage or loss to the equipment. Exemption from liability can occur if the damage or loss is due to technical errors or deficiencies. The tenant is therefore obliged to check the rental object before use and to contact Your Company if the rental object is not in the expected condition. 5 Injuries All damages, technical errors or accidents that may occur during the rental period must be reported to Your Company immediately. We will then do our best to help the tenant. Damages must be reported to support@yourcompany.no immediately. This also applies to theft.
If the damage occurs due to incorrect use, intentionality or negligence, Your Company will be able to use the previously reserved deposit and, if necessary, deduct additional outstanding amounts to cover the costs associated with repair, service or replacement of the tool. This also applies if the equipment is delivered back in its original condition or is delivered dirty beyond normal.
We always strive to give the best advice and tips for the use of the rental object, but are not responsible for execution or for direct or indirect damages or losses due to the use of the rental object, delays or faults on the rental object. 6 Use of the rental object Use of rental properties is at your own risk. Anyone using the equipment must be over 18 years of age.
The tenant is responsible for equipment and accessories being used in such a way that they are not damaged or unreasonably soiled. Correct and safe use of the equipment is the Lessee's responsibility. The Lessor facilitates the correct use of the equipment by making user manuals, instructions and safety procedures available together with the tool and/or on the Lessor's website. It is the customer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the Lessor's use and safety routines before using the equipment.
We recommend the use of protective equipment. You must also follow the equipment's user manual and other instructions from Your Company.
7 Accessories Accessories must, as a general rule, be bought or rented separately when ordering the tool and selected according to the task the tenant wants to perform on the website. The website also describes what is included in the delivery of the rental object. In addition, safety equipment is required in a number of situations and is offered on the website. Accessories that are personal (dust masks etc) or consumables that wear out (saw blades etc) are not rented out. Clause 12 Right of withdrawal applies to accessories that are sold and have not been put into use. 8 Tenant's rights and obligations The tenant must be 18 years of age and must provide the correct customer
details when creating a user account to be able to order and rent at yourcompany.no. Your Company sends messages to the specified e-mail, address and telephone, and such messages are considered received and valid when sent by us.
The user account is personal and if you suspect that others have access to your account, you must notify Your Company immediately. Your Company has the right to freely reject, terminate or suspend the user account without notice or liability, including if the terms are deemed violated.
Furthermore, these rental terms must be accepted before ordering on the website.
The lessee must return the rental object before the agreed date and time expires and in the agreed form of delivery. The tenant is expected to keep up to date on the service point's normal opening hours.
The tenant or cardholder authorizes Your Company to make credit card instructions for, among other things, rental objects that are not returned, are dirty beyond normal or in the event of damage to the rental object. The authorization thus granted also applies to the authorization to charge the payment card for additional rent/claims for compensation if the rental object is returned after the end of the agreed rental period or is returned with errors or defects.
Delay in returning the tool for more than 1 - one - hour in relation to the agreed rental period entitles the lessor to one day's extra rent as well as a supplement, currently NOK 300, which covers additional expenses Your Company incurs due to late delivery . If the rental object is not returned after one day, Your Company is entitled to be reimbursed the agreed daily price as long as the tool is actually disposed of and has not been returned by the lessee. 9 Change of order To change an order, Your Company must be contacted. The changes will not be valid until they have been confirmed in writing by us. This is to ensure that the rental properties are actually available. Unless otherwise agreed and confirmed, the rental object must be returned at the agreed time. Extension of the rental period can take place before the start of the rental period and/or during the rental period by changing the rental start or rental end.
Changes and cancellations of rental objects that cause the availability of the rental objects for other users to change may be associated with a change fee to cover the costs of rebooking. The change fee is currently NOK 300. All costs will be disclosed to the tenant before placing an order or changing the order. 10 Delivery and return Delivery and return takes place in the manner, at the place and at the time indicated on the order confirmation. You can also find it under your page. We are responsible for the products until they are taken over by you, i.e. when you have received the products in your possession. In order to have the rental object handed over, you must have your booking reference. The name you enter on the reservation must match the name on the ID card upon collection.
If the delivery of the rental objects is delayed, we will give you information as soon as we are aware of it, together with information about and possibly when delivery can take place, or if the product(s) are sold out or the rental object(s) are not available.
You are responsible for the product until it is returned to us or our service points.
We check the condition and function of the rental objects and that all parts are present when they arrive at our warehouse. In the case of complete delivery in contractual condition, the reservation for the deposit on the payment card is deleted. 11 Membership Membership entitles you to reduced prices and other member benefits. Both private individuals and businesses can be members, but it is the person who is registered who is legally responsible and party to the agreement.
Membership is automatically renewed until it is terminated by the tenant. It ends on the account page by stopping the subscription. The membership will then expire the current period and then end. 12 Right of withdrawal on purchase The Right of Cancellation Act gives you the right to cancel your purchases. The right of withdrawal applies to goods that have been purchased and not to rented objects. The right of withdrawal requires that you notify us of this no later than 14 days after you receive the delivery (See the right of withdrawal https://lovdata.no/dokument/NL/lov/2014-06-20-27 ).
To use the right of withdrawal, the product must be delivered to us in approximately the same quantity and condition as you received it. If you try, use or examine the item (open packaging etc) in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the item and this results in the item being reduced in value, we can deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value in the purchase price to be refunded. For example, if you try a dust mask, saw with a saw blade, or drill a hole with a drill, the regret does not apply.
The product is sent back to us in the original packaging and within a reasonable time, together with a right of withdrawal form. The easiest way is to return the item in the same box as when you return the rental object. Then there are no costs for you. Fill in the right of withdrawal form and put it in the box. If you choose to send it back by post or other methods, it is your responsibility for the item
has appeared to us. You must provide your own, suitable packaging and contact us before sending. 13 Intellectual property rights The content and the service are protected by the Copyright Act. Image material stored on the page has been obtained with permission from the rights holders. Videos on YouTube are links to third-party services beyond Your Company's control. 14 Privacy Your Company processes your personal information in a secure data register in order to be able to fulfill its obligations and safeguard its rights in accordance with the lease agreement. The personal data processed are name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and order history. This history will remain stored for accounting and other obligations. All stored information is available in "My account". The tenant has the right to have their personal data removed from the Landlord's systems, which is done by contacting Your Company in person.
Your payment card will be stored as long as you have an active order. The payment card is stored at our payment intermediary DIBS. They store the information in a safe and secure manner. Saving payment cards makes it even easier when shopping. You can delete payment cards on your page. Your Company does not store any credit card details itself.
Your Company uses cookies, like most other online stores. Cookies store data in your browser so that the website can recognize you from page to page and visit to visit. We can then recognize who you are so that, among other things, you can get the correct prices and easier login. We also collect usage information to improve the quality of the service.

15 Choice of law These terms and conditions are subject to and must be interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law. The agreed venue is Oslo District Court. 16 Changes Your Company reserves the right to change or replace these terms at any time. Current terms and conditions are always available at yourcompany.no. If Your Company considers that the changes in the terms and conditions are significant in relation to the tenant's rights or obligations, the changes will be made available on yourcompany.no 30 days before they come into force.
By using the service after the changes to the terms have been made available on yourcompany.no, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, you may not use Your Company.
